About Trainee Program

What you can expect

Real experience
Work on developing a new banking app from scratch for Creditas Bank – including internet banking, a mobile app, and internal employee systems.

  • Java for backend

  • React for frontend

  • React Native for mobile

  • Azure & Terraform for infrastructure

Mentoring & learning

You’ll get internal training tailored to your specialization, a personal mentor for code review and career growth, and access to Udemy courses.

Part-time flexibility

Easily adjust your working hours around your school schedule. Remote work is possible, though training and team activities are mostly in person at our Brno office.

Great team & environment

  • Work from our modern offices at Vlněna (Brno)

Opportunity to continue as a mid-level developer after 12 months

Recruitment process

  1. On-site interview in Brno

  2. Online technical interview with DIFA

  3. Offer → You get a laptop and join a development team at Vlněna

The program lasts 12 months (2× 6-month contracts).
