What will you do here?

• 3D modeling and texturing in programs such as Blender, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and similar tools.
• Creating high and low-poly models, including experience in creating organic models.
• Active collaboration in designing and developing new models aligned with project concepts and technical requirements, as well as adjustments and optimizations of existing models.
• Gathering references and ensuring high-quality documentation for model creation, including selecting materials and technologies for texturing.
• Improving methodologies for 3D modeling and texturing, designing efficient workflows, and optimizing processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Advanced knowledge of the aforementioned or similar software for 3D graphics and animation creation.
• Experience in creating PBR materials.
• Advanced knowledge of animations, rigging, and skinning, as well as experience implementing animations in engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Interest in VR, MR, AR, and the development of applications and games.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with technical project specifications.
• A willingness to learn new things and tackle challenges associated with working on new projects.
• Team collaboration and communication – with a focus on effective teamwork with the development team, the ability to convey technical information, and propose solutions.
• We expect a presentation of a quality portfolio – samples of 3D models, textures, renders, and animation examples.
• Proven experience in a similar role and the ability to address complex challenges related to creating high-quality 3D graphics.
